Marketplace solution provider Mirakl has generated over 162 million euros in annual recurring revenues in 2024. Its GMV also showed a year-on-year growth of 30 percent, reaching 10.3 billion euros.

Mirakl is a French marketplace solution provider. This means that it offers a SaaS solution, with which B2C and B2B companies can create and scale online marketplaces. In addition to the marketplace solution, it also offers services like streamlined seller payments, and retail media.

Full-year profitability

The company has recently published its results for 2024. While the Mirakl Platform reached profitability by the end of 2023, last year it was able to maintain profitability during the whole year. This was due to client acquisition and cost management. In 2024, Mirakl saw 52 global enterprises join the customer base.

Bigger focus on AI

According to Mirakl, the company changed its AI strategy last year. The company already offered AI-powered features, but last year it launched AI products. One of those is Mirakl’s Catalog Transformer, which automates end-to-end catalog management processes.

In 2024, Mirakl doubled its investments in AI and it plans to invest even more in 2025

Last year, Mirakl doubled its investments in AI by more than 100 percent year-over-year. This year, the company wants to invest even more, as it plans to invest the total of invested funds in the last three years combined.
