This integration offers SAP Order Management Foundation customers the opportunity to further optimize multichannel operations across more than 950 sales channels worldwide. It also includes new AI-features. Support for OMSA is on the way.

950 Marketplaces

ChannelEngine connects businesses to 950+ marketplaces, automating orders, inventory, and pricing. The new integration with SAP provides management features for SAP customers across over 950 marketplaces, social media, and third-party channels such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopee. With this new integration, SAP OMS users gain access to an international network of sales channels.

The integration enables automatic synchronization of inventory, processes orders, shipping updates, and cancellations. By centralizing order management, the complexity of managing multiple online sales channels is reduced. This minimizes the risk of overselling and improves customer satisfaction.

Support for SAP Order Management Sourcing Availability (OMSA) is in development. ChannelEngine aims to enable real-time stock visibility to enhance inventory accuracy and product availability.

AI for Business Optimization

In addition to existing data capabilities, ChannelEngine also offers several AI tools. These are designed to simplify product categorization and content mapping between SAP and marketplace taxonomies. This helps businesses expand into new sales channels without the need for manual intervention.

There are also plans to integrate with SAP Omnichannel Pricing Promotion Service (OPPS) to manage pricing and promotion data efficiently and remain competitive across various channels.
