As businesses grapple with economic instability and labor shortages, artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming central to modern operations. A new frontier — agentic AI — expands what’s possible by automating complex tasks across systems and channels.

AI-powered platform Landbase recently launched an innovative upgrade for go-to-market (GTM) use, revolutionizing how businesses manage their GTM strategy. It addresses AI’s role in retail amid oversaturated, fast-changing markets — a pain point for many organizations. Fragmented data, outdated workflows, and poor audience targeting often derail GTM efforts.

Campaign Feed recommends targeted initiatives that can be reviewed, approved, denied, or modified with a single click — launching them in minutes, not months.

“Unlike traditional outbound techniques that rely heavily on disparate tools and manual input, the Campaign Feed leverages agentic AI and Landbase’s proprietary model GTM-1 Omni to automate complex workflows and provide actionable campaign recommendations,” said Daniel Saks, CEO and co-founder of Landbase.

Landbase Upgrade Follows Delegate Acquisition

Landbase’s latest tiered, subscription-based platform follows its acquisition of the Salesforce services platform Delegate.

“The Campaign Feed represents a significant combination of agentic AI and hyper-targeted recommendations that contribute to a more seamless and efficient approach to GTM strategies, combining AI-driven insights with seamless agent-led execution,” offered Hugh Hopkins, who joined Landbase as head of product development from Delegate.

It enhances Landbase’s ability to scale omnichannel outreach quickly and set a new industry standard, added Alex Berry, head of sales, who also joined the team from Delegate. The acquisition combines Landbase’s Agentic AI Lap and proprietary GTM-1 Omni model with Delegate’s improved delivery technology, he added.

According to Saks, GTM-1 Omni is the only domain-specific model for GTM. It harnesses private data, contact data, and other signals to predict and execute sales outcomes.

“There’s a magical experience we create. With just a business’s URL and email, we can predict who the markets are, what they sell, and whom they should sell to,” he told The E-Commerce Times.

Agentic AI Enables Smarter GTM Campaigns

Agentic AI is an emerging form of AI that can plan and execute complex tasks across multiple systems to achieve specific goals. Unlike traditional AI, it makes decisions, uses various tools and application programming interfaces (APIs), and performs sequences of actions without continuous human guidance.

The predictive audience recommendation feature works in concert with the GTM-1 Omni model. It understands what your business offers and who it serves best, Saks explained. It then prioritizes and recommends thousands of potential contacts, organized into micro-audiences, with tailored campaigns and messaging strategies for each.

“The Campaign Feed makes it easy for users to quickly review, edit, and launch campaigns across multiple channels in just minutes. On the backend, Landbase handles execution across email, LinkedIn, and phone,” he said.

Saks said email and LinkedIn campaigns are automated for maximum scale and personalization. Phone outreach is recommended for human-led calls, with tooling that prioritizes and assists in call workflows.

Landbase Simplifies GTM With Agentic AI

Landbase applies the same approach to GTM strategies. Saks noted that Landbase’s agentic AI and recommendation engine streamline the GTM process for businesses.

It provides a user experience that feels as natural and easy as a dating app, Facebook, or texting. All complexity at the application, AI, and model layers runs silently in the background.

According to Saks, a new trend called “vibe coding” democratizes creation, making it easy for non-technical users to engage with complex systems, including software projects. Like Perplexity and other fast-recommendation platforms, the Campaign Feed lets users instantly preview, edit, and approve recommended campaigns, providing full visibility into the AI’s logic.

“This transparency, ease of use, and ability to move fast build trust and make campaign management easier and more enjoyable,” he offered.

“We serve up suggested answers, campaigns, and optimizations that users can quickly edit and execute, making the go-to-market process dramatically more seamless and efficient.”

What’s Next in AI-Powered GTM Strategies

Landbase plans to add more data sources and buying signals as it broadens campaign strategy options. According to Saks, the company will tailor its capabilities to industry-specific verticals, making recommendations even more relevant over time.

“AI is evolving at an incredible pace. So is agentic AI. I believe we’ll see major improvements in how businesses access and benefit from technology, with AI increasingly democratizing capabilities that were once only available to large enterprises with massive teams,” he predicted.

Saks concluded that the companies that embrace agentic domain-specific AI will be the ones that thrive.
