Online personal shopping platforms Lookiero and Outfittery have announced that they are joining forces. The Lookiero Outfittery Group wants to become a European market leader in assisted online shopping.

Outfittery is a German personal shopping service. It used to focus on male customers, but now also offers services to women. The company is well-known in the DACH region. Lookiero is another personal shopping platform, with a focus on styling women. It is a Spanish company, which has a strong presence in France.

Combining forces into a single platform

Now, the companies are announcing a merger. Both brands will continue operating under their own name, with their own headquarters and teams. After completion of the merger, they will use a single platform to continue servicing their existing clients.

‘The merger allows us to build a global leader in digital personal shopping’

“The merger allows us to combine our technological strengths and our deep understanding of our customers and build a global leader in the digital personal shopping of the future”, said Oier Urrutia, CEO of Lookiero Outfittery Group.

Planned expansion and focus on EBITDA

The newly formed company has a presence in 13 markets, with an active customer base of more than three million. By combining its expertise, the company wants to add new fashion brands to the platform. It also wants to expand internationally, though it has not announced in which markets yet.

The companies achieved a combined total of 130 million euros in sales in 2024

Last year, the companies achieved a combined total of 130 million euros in sales. This year, the Group wants to increase that turnover. It also wants to achieve profitability of both individual brands, while achieving a double-digit EBITDA margin.
