
Dutch fulfillment company Monta has realized its previously announced expansion into France. The company recently opened its first warehouse in the country. In total, it now has 19 locations in Europe.
Monta began in 1999 as a fulfillment company in the Netherlands, providing warehousing and order processing services for online stores. It now provides software-based fulfillment services and warehouse management software for nearly 2,000 online stores.
Fifth European market
In October last year, the company already announced that it would expand to France, Italy and Poland this year. The Dutch fulfillment provider also already operates in Germany, Belgium and the United Kingdom.

The launch in France is now a reality. “With the opening of our warehouse in France, we are taking another important step in the expansion of our cross-border strategy. This enables us to serve online entrepreneurs in France faster and optimize their logistics processes. Simplifying cross-border sales
The company also helps cross-border sellers. Online stores with a lot of orders in France can take advantage of offer later cut-off times and faster delivery times, with advantageous shipping rates. Monta uses French carriers such as Colis Privé and Colissimo to deliver these orders.
